Profile
My role does not stop when the technology ships. I want to understand the problem, the people who use it and how the outcome can be sustained.
/01
I combine hands-on technical depth with attention to team dynamics and organisational context. I ask questions, make risks visible, turn complexity into decisions and contribute to the implementation.
As a Scrum Master I facilitate improvement without making the method more important than the outcome. As a Works Council member I consider continuity, practical impact and the people affected by change.
Make problems visible, clarify what is needed and take responsibility for the next step.
Take complexity seriously without using it as an excuse. Good solutions are understandable and maintainable.
Do more than ship: ensure technology, processes and people can support the change.

Our horses are part of everyday life at home, and I have ridden myself as well. I also enjoy motorcycling, the occasional game, and working on cars and tractors.

I am exploring practical ways to use AI to build software better and faster. I am particularly interested in smarter development workflows and in supporting or automating code reviews and tests—while keeping quality, control and the people using these tools in view.
